Colonial Home Warranty

I have been with colonial for about 3 years now. I first started using them for my personal property in TX, and just a few months after setting up my policy, my A/C had gone out in the middle of August! I had called them to set up a claim and the agent I had been speaking with could not have been more understanding, he told me they will send over a service provider ASAP to my home, and they did... The repair men they sent there were very helpful and got to my home the same day I set up my claim (which is more than I could say for AHS. My former providers) they repaired my unit and I was very satisfied in the time they did it in, since then I have transferred all my props to colonial and after multiple claims now I am still quite satisfied with them would refer anybody looking for a warranty over to them as well.
