Colonial Home Warranty

I have been with colonial Home Warranty since 1/2007. This is the first time I called for service on my heat pump and I got great service. I’m fully satisfied with colonial. It took less than 2 hours to take care of the heat issue. He explained what happened with heat pump and repaired in less than two hours
 

My garage door opener started making this grinding noise and stopped working. I called Colonial Home Warranty right away. This was my first time having to work with Colonial Home Warranty. What a pleasure it was working with Colonial Home Warranty they sent a company out immediately and after diagnosing the problem that came back out the next day and replaced the entire unit. Thank you Colonial for making my first experience great!!!

 

Everything was good, the repairmen called me with in a couple of hours. He came in the next day to see what was the problem with the furnace and ordered the part that was needed. The next day the furnace was repaired. Colonial even called the next day to see if everything was ok. This is my first time having to call the warranty and so far so good

 

Before getting colonial as my home warranty I was a little skeptical because I read some bad complaints from a website. But I ended up choosing them because my sister is pleased with their service. I am glad I didn’t listen to those complaints because out of thousands of customers, there will be a low percentage of people who will be ungrateful. Listen to me and try colonial home warranty! You wont regret it – money well spent!!
